2.1 Data provided voluntarily (contact form)

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• first and last name
• email address
• company name (optional)
• message / project description
• service of interest selected (optional)

Purpose: to respond to your commercial inquiry and evaluate a potential collaboration.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by checking the acceptance checkbox before submitting the form.

2.2 Technical browsing data

The systems running this website automatically acquire data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of visit). These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to ensure its correct operation.

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in IT security and system operation.

3. Retention Period

• Contact form data: retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless legal or contractual obligations require otherwise.
