Pricing, license, milestones: what procurement asks.
Does the price include the commercial license?
Yes, all prices include full-rights, unlimited commercial license across every channel and market. There are no extra fees on impression counts or annual renewals. The only case we quote separately is extended use (beyond 24 months) of recurring AI characters as a brand asset.
Can I pay in milestones instead of a single payment?
Yes. The standard split is 40% on activation (covering Scope and Adapt), 60% on master delivery. For consecutive multi-pack engagements we work in agreed milestones. All payments are invoiced with regular Italian VAT registration.
What if the first cut doesn't work?
The SLATE methodology includes 2 formal revision cycles on the cut. If after the second cycle the result doesn't meet the original brief, we work for free until it does. Briefs that change mid-project are out of scope and are quoted separately before we proceed.
Can I buy a single phase of the SLATE process?
Yes. We sell standalone Scope packages (audit + storyboard, �800), Adapt (model fine-tuning + look development, from �1,500) and Edit (post-production on existing AI footage, from �1,200). A good way to test collaboration before committing to a full production.
Do you work with ad agencies?
Yes, white-label. We deliver the final asset to the agency with full re-branding rights. We have a standard NDA for the collaboration and a dedicated approval workflow that integrates the agency PM into our revision cycles.
